Improve the efficiency of hammer mill

Based on the working current of the hammer mill, the feeding to the hammer mill can be actually controlled through a VFD to reach its full load condition quickly and run steadily under this condition.

Friendly operation

A humanized human-computer interface is adopted for the controller, with simple and convenient operation, which significantly reduces the operation difficulty for operations.

Superior performance

A stone removal structure with air classification is employed, which can effectively eliminate impurities such as stone.

The magnetic separator device is used, which can remove the ferrous substance from the material flow to guarantee that the clean material stream is provided for the hammer mill. A long roller with shallow pockets is adopted to reduce the possibility of material jamming in the pocket.
