SXPS series animal feed extruder (referred to as extruder below) is mainly used for processing the feed that contains raw material mixture include corn, soybean meal, fishmeal, flour, broken rice and extruded soybean. The gelatinization degree usually ranges 40%~75%, and all the material is extruded which satisfies the cleaning feed requirements, especially for pig starting feed, which requires whole extruding-low temperature pelleting process. Solves the problems of "high temperature is required for good cooking, but also results in lost of temperature sensitive matter ".
