High-efficiency & Excellent uniformity
With an octagonal section, the bin structure is more favorable for cooling.
The temperature of material after cooling is not higher than room temperature (+3～5℃), the de-watered rate is in scope of 2.0%～3.0%, so that the storage time feed pellets is prolonged.
Advanced design
With advanced counterflow cooling principle, swinging tipping discharging mechanism that controlled by a flexible hydraulic driving system, the cooler is characterized by more smooth discharge, adjustable discharge flow rate, which allows more uniform discharging.
The new rotary spreader ensures that materials can be evenly and thoroughly cooled, and also can dramatically decrease the breaking ratio of feed pellets. In addition, material-distributing range is also adjustable, and the power consumption is also reduced;
Convenient and healthy
All made of stainless steel, vertical layout, simple and pleasure appearance. The access door is designed at the front of the cooler, which brings in convenient repair and maintenance. Multiple sight glasses are distributed on the side and top of the cooler to facilitate the observation of running status of the equipment.
