High-efficiency & Excellent uniformity
The new designed distributor together with a spreader and counterflow cooling air contribute to uniform, thoroughly cooling and reasonable water reduction. Thanks to the new structure of tipping plate and the hydraulic driving system, discharging is smooth and controllable without residues and flnes.
Strong applicability
Frequency converter controlled feeding and spreading speed as well as the adjustable discharge openings of tipping plates allow the cooler to fit with different capacity change.
Wide range of application
It is applicable to the treatment of conventional pellet feed with different particle sizes of 2-16mm. It is applicable to the treatment of easy arching materials such as expanded raw materials, expanded materials and teaching trough materials.
ModuIarized design
Modular design contributes to compact structure and small space occupation, saving cost in transportation and installation. The cooler is also featured by little maintenance and low energy input.
FIexible configuration
Air outlet position is flexible and can satisfy the different layout requirements in different plants. Standard multi joints for air inlets are reserved for pre-treatment system, which is an optional configuration for cooling production in extreme environment (e.g. high temperature, low temperature, or high humidity).
