Highlight Features

Wide adaptability for raw materials

The conditioner has an adjustable effect on compound feed in high temperature disinfection, starch gelatinization and protein texturization, which makes a preparation for pelleting process and lays a solid foundation for efficient utilization of material.

Flexible adjustment of parameters

Parameters such as temperature, moisture content and retention time can be adjusted freely and properly to satisfy the different requirements of materials or processes.

Uniform discharge and minimum residue

With patented rotor, the conditioner can facilitate material flow in it and achieve uniformly discharging, which contributes even load on the subsequence pellet mill, stable running, minimum current change, reduced vibration and noise. Minimum residue remains on cylinder with special designed paddle’s structure.
