It is widely used for dust removal and dust recovery in grain, feed, food, light industry, building materials, wood, chemical industry and other industries.

High working efficiency

The filter works like a cyclone to separate the dusts from the air/dust stream by centrifugal movement that enters the filter from tangential direction. The big particles of dusts settle down first towards the bottom while the small ones go with the air thru the bags where to deposit onto the bag clothing, therefore increasing the bag service life.

The patented bag quick on/off mechanism has greatly improved manual working conditions and increased operation efficiency.

Box structure with big access door facilitates bag replacement and makes maintenance efficiency much better.

Good dust removal effect

The TDFK solenoid valvefeatures quick on/off configuration. Cleaning mechanism for each solenoid valve serving multi bags delivers excellent cleaning effect and reliable performance.

Using TKZM pulse controller with multi-loop regulation presents good functionality, precise motion, and reliable performance.

High efficiency dust removal equipment, dust removal rate ≥ 99%.

Multiple configurations available

Differential pressure gauge is optional, which is convenient to observe the differential pressure inside and outside the bag.

It can be equipped with explosion relief piece to meet explosion-proof requirements.
