Highlight Features

Excellent comprehensive performance

There are two rollers in this machine, which divide the whole ring die into two crush zone, and two lengthened outer scrapers and two inner scrapers are available to realize uniform feeding, high output and good quality for pellets produced.

Functional conditioner

This machine is equipped with a conditioner specialized for shrimp feed production. The conditioner is four-pass and consists of a lengthened Different Diameter Cylinder conditioner, a keeper, a breaker for high-effectively mixing ( single-pass conditioner) and a uniformer (single-pass conditioner), which is characterized by long retention time, good efficiency, less agglomeration, evenly mixing homogenization, smooth, consistent and stable discharge.

Flexible production

This type of machine can be fitted with many kinds of ring dies withφ1.0~φ2.5 die holes and different thickness, so customers can select them for use as required to achieve the optimum technical and economic efficiency.

Auxiliary mechanism is good
The machine is featured by an advanced feeder with VFD, an overload protection device, external discharge, and speed monitoring device for motor load.
