Feeding mechanism

The size and angle of the feeding mechanism are optimized to make feeding more uniform, granulation more stable and energy-saving.

Oil level monitoring (optional)

When the oil level is lower than the set value, the system sends out a warning to prompt the operator to stop and refuel.

Gear box iron removal

The equipment is equipped with a magnetic iron removal device to ensure the cleanness of the gearbox and protect the safety of the gearbox.

Reclaimer safety baffle

It can effectively prevent the material and steam from recoiling and the operator from putting his hand into the hopper.

All the data above is based on producing pig feed in China with die hole of φ3.8mm in diameter and 1:6.5 in compression ratio. SZLH575×205 can only be sold to the countries/regions using 50Hz power frequency.
