Multiple configurations

The overload protection device of hydraulic clamping type and automatic belt tensioning mechanism as well as automatic lubricating device are optional as per user requirement, which allows fast, easy, safe and reliable operation.

Excellent comprehensive performance

SZLH 550&650 Pellet Mill is configured with three or two press rollers, and each of them is equipped with deflection plate for material distribution and inner scraper for cleaning, which provides even feeding, high capacity, and quality pellets.

Flexible production

Wide product range: Φ1.5mm~Φ12mm pellets; conditioner with molasses and steam adding function.

The machine is featured by an advanced feeder with VFD, an overload protection device, external discharge, and speed monitoring device for motor load.
