Improved pellet quality

Beside cotton isolation on all outer surfaces, the design of steam jacket for the bin and top cover as well as coils for discharge hopper creates a fast-preheating, uniform and high-temperature-controllable conditioning space which can obtain improved starch gelatinization and water stability for feed pellets.

Little remains
The tipping plate mechanism with big-section design enables uniform spreading of pellets and avoids overheated problem caused by partial unsmooth discharging.
No blind space because of fastening bolts free from touching products, and no condensate thanks to heat preservation measure in hopper. In addition, the tipping plates made of polished stainless steel and with a big dip angle structure contribute to smooth and uniform discharging with minimum residues.

Short downtime

Large, double access doors on both the bin and the hopper help to facilitate air ventilation and heat dissipation, saving time to cool down the machine for change-over.

Easy maintenance

Large access doors, easy of cleaning and maintenance. A ladder is installed to facilitate angle adjustment of tipping shaft.

SWDB Series tipping type pellet stabilizer is mainly used for producing high-grade aquatic feed pellets in the pelletizing process section of compound feed mills. It holds the feed pellets produced from pellet mill at a high temperature of 80-90℃ for a period of time, and promotes the internal structure and nutrition of feed pellets to enhance their gelatinization and water stability performance.
