SDTZ double-shaft equal-diameter conditioner is similar retentioner, which needs to be used with other conditioners. The default isthree-axis conditioner, which can obtain a long time of conditioner. This product cannot be used alone; Compared with SCTZ DDCconditioner, the volume and time of increased by 20%.

High shear, material first in first out

The blade angles of the two rotors are relative, and the materials can move forward or backward at the same position at the same time,which can realize the effect of first in first out of materials.

Simple operation and convenient maintenance

The door opening length of the door body accounts for about 70% of the total length of the conditioner, which is easy to clean, and thedoor locking mechanism has automatic function.

The filling degree of single barrel conditioner is calculated at 20%, and that of double shaft conditioner is calculated at 50%.

The bulk density of materials is uniformly calculated at 0.5t/m³.

If the capacity exceeds 18t/h, it is suggested to adjust 37kW to 45kW in the table.
