Wide material adaptability

The DDC serves the functions of sterilization by high temperature and pretreatment for starch gelatinization & protein texturization of various compound feed during conditioning. It establishes good groundwork of sufficient preparation for extrusion or pelletizing process and helps to improve feed utilization.

The DDC features long retention time, uniform liquid distribution, hign capacity, low noise level, and easy assembly.

Uniform discharge and minimum residue

With patented rotor and housing structure, the DDC can facilitate material flow inside and achieve consistent discharge, which contributes to even load distribution on pellet mill or extruder, offering stable running, minimum current fluctuation, reduced vibration and noise level.

Flexible adjustment of parameters

Parameters such as temperature, moisture content and retention time can be adjusted freely and properly via visual quantization to satisfy the different requirements of materials or processes.
