Optimized screw configuration and unique discharge chamber design, effectively reduce the system resistance in the expansion chamber, improve productivity. 
The gelatinization degree of expanded corn is 85%, the production capacity is 4~4.5 tons, the energy consumption is as low as 56~60kWh/t, and the production cost is effectively reduced.
Strong process adaptability 
 
The puffed cavity and screw are designed with building blocks. Simple adjustment of screw configuration can give consideration to high and low gelatinization degree of corn, meet different production needs and reduce investment cost.
