CYPZ Series Vacuum Coater

Widely applied for spraying oil, enzyme preparation, vitamins, antioxidants, amino acids and other liquids to the expanded particles in pet food industry.

Excellent seal performance

The normal vacuum degree at work is 200mbar, and the maximum vacuum degree is 100mabr.

Wide range of liquid adding

The range of liquid adding amount is 6% - 36%. The minimum adding amount is 2%.

Low crushing rate

In order to get the low crushing rate, some measures are adopted including the special arrangement of angle between rotor and trough, the arc angle of blade edge and the clearance between rotor and trough.

The full opening discharge gate features fast discharging with low residues.
The equipment with the overall heating and insulation design can be able to avoid condensation and control microbial colonies.
The whole equipment is made of stainless steel and the connection parts of the equipment are sealed with food-grade seals, which give rise to that the whole machine has no hygienic dead angle.

Related applications

The CYPZ series vacuum coaters focus on aqua feed and pet food. It is also used for spraying the pellets with high density and low spraying proportion but poor spraying effect on the ordinary surface.
